A LIFE BUILT
BY DOING.

Music in England. Businesses back home. Real estate, technology, and the people who make it all matter.

It started somewhere different.

The drive to build started early. At four, I sold bow-and-arrow lessons. I worked to earn money for a mop, then sold the mop at six. As a teenager in high school, I developed summer camps and afterschool curriculum with the Enrichment Project.

A creative chapter followed. I went to England to study at the Technics DJ Academy and the School of Sound Recording. Music was the starting point—a different world from the companies and real estate that would follow.

When I returned to the United States, my path turned toward entrepreneurship. I went on to build and operate multiple businesses, learning through the decisions and responsibilities that come with ownership.

More than one business. More than one perspective.

I built a treatment center from the ground up. My work has crossed industries, including behavioral healthcare, lead generation for the debt industry, financial services, real estate, and technology. Overcy, KTK Asset Management, and Solvent Funding are chapters in that wider story.

Real estate brought development, property ownership, and a Section 8 rental portfolio into the picture. It also reinforced a perspective I bring to business: the work continues long after the initial decision.

The through line is simple:
get involved. Do the work.
Keep moving forward.

Building teams that stay.

More than half of my staff have been with me for over five years. Taking risks, building teams, and staying involved are part of how I approach business. The people who keep showing up are part of what makes the work last.

Building Overcy from the customer’s side.

Overcy started with a need inside my own businesses. I wanted AI to do useful work within the way our teams actually operated. That experience shaped the company I’m building today.

As founder and CEO, my focus is on implementation: connecting the technology to the people, systems, and workflows that make a business run. The human connection remains central to that work.

The life around the work.

I’m a father of three, an avid snowboarder, and someone who loves the experience of taking a helicopter into the mountains to ride remote terrain. Family and adventure are important parts of my life.

So is being useful to other people. I volunteer with organizations supporting people with autism and other developmental disabilities, including St. Madeleine Sophie’s Center. I also mentor young men who are shaping their futures or starting over.

That is the fuller picture: an entrepreneur, an accredited investor, a father, a mentor, and someone still interested in what comes next.
